- Baby spinach salad with strawberries, candied almonds, feta and poppy dressing
- Tuscan chicken with artichoke hearts, peppers, and onions
- Baby red potatoes roasted in garlic, herbs, and olive oil
- Fresh rolls and butter
- Peach punch or water
Informal social events:
- Friday, 14 August 2015 @ 7pm at Squatter Pub (147 W. 300 S.)
- Saturday, 15 August 2015 @ 2pm Family Bowling at Crimson Commons, University of Utah campus.
The informal events are not included in the cost for the main event. If you choose to participate in these other social events, you are responsible for any charges.
